At Camp Apex in Shelburne, children can experience the thrills of a traditional day camp. Children have the opportunity to have fun outside every day while participating in songs, recreational swimming, archery, gaga ball, arts and crafts, and more.
Gymnastics Camp is offered indoors at the YMCA on Main Street in Greenfield. Sports Camp, new at Stoneleigh-Burnham School, keeps the days packed with soccer, basketball and campers’ favorite gym games.

Speed and agility training programs will help your middle or high school athlete increase their overall athletic performance by focusing on improving speed, acceleration, flexibility, balance and agility. Contact Grayson at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.

While not a cure, pedaling a bicycle may make a difference for someone with Parkinson’s disease. Research from the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% reduction in symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace — optimally 80 to 90 revolutions per minute .

This collaboration between the Community Health Center of Franklin County and the YMCA offers the encouragement you need to eat better, increase your physical activity and lose weight. This support group environment covers nutrition, behavior and fitness.

This evidence-based program has been proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions reduce pain; increase balance, strength and walking pace; and improve overall health.
