With so many different products out there, it can be hard to know which ones we should be using to keep our skin healthy.
The key to youthful looking skin is to keep it as healthy as possible with a good routine and lifestyle.
Luckily, celebrity skincare expert Jennifer Rock has shared her top tips for keeping the skin as healthy as possible.

Jennifer, also known as the Skin Nerd and the founder of Irish skincare brand Skingredients, is a fountain of knowledge for all things skin.
She told RSVP Live: “Statistically, 60% of our skin ageing is down to our lifestyle choices while 40% is down to genetics.
“People become conscious of their skin when they look slightly older than their years. A lot of people lean on injectables and aesthetics and cosmetic treatments and it’s not to discourage people from doing that, but what you do everyday at home will benefit your skin sometimes more than getting a treatment done.”
Jennifer likes to use the term “pro-ageing”, in order to move away from the thought that ageing is a bad thing.
“The main thing from a pro-ageing perspective is SPF, because potential acceleration of ageing is actually caused by excess light,” she said.
“SPF is a non-negotiable. Vitamin A has the ability to repair the skin’s DNA and trigger your skin’s own natural collagen and elastin, so that’s an absolute must.”
She added: “You could opt for things like peptides, which are amino acids. Hyaluronic acid is a quick fix because it hydrates, and while that’s not specific to ageing, the more hydrated the skin, the more dewy the skin and the more water in the skin, the better it heals and the better it performs.
“Vitamin B3, also known as niacinamide, has the ability to reduce the appearance of pigment.”
